​As an experienced educator, researcher, and literacy specialist, I’m passionate about helping teachers and parents create strong, evidence-based foundations for reading success.

​I spent over 15 years as a K-3 classroom teacher and K-8 Reading Specialist before earning a PhD in Literacy Education, where my research focused on sight word development, dyslexia, and reading fluency.
Today, I work with educators and families to translate the latest science into practical strategies that support every learner, at any age.
